Preparation and Usage
150ml Vegetable Oil
1 Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Steam: Bring water to boil in a steamer.
2 Place Dr. Oetker Nona Moist Cake Mix, water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
3 Add in vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy. Pour batter in a greased 20 cm round baking pan.
4 Bake: Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes.
Steam: Steam for 55 minutes.
Cake is ready when it pulls away from the side of the tray and when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
