Preparation and Usage
Direction of use: To stabilize beaten egg white, add 1/8 teaspoon to every 1 egg white. To make 1 teaspoon of baking powder, mix 1/2 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Store with bottle insert for freshness.
