These Terms and Conditions apply to any orders and purchases made on Fly Online Groceries. We respect your rights with regards to your personal information when you communicate with Fly Online Groceries.
Fly Online Groceries reserves the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer, Suppliers, Partners, or any other users of this service and site.
Please read these Terms of Conditions carefully as they apply to your use of this Internet site (Site). By using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. We may revise these Terms of Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
a)You may be required to register with us in order to access certain parts of the Site. Where you are required to register:
1.you must be over eighteen (18) years of age; and
2.you must provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information; and
3.you must safeguard any user name and password which we provide to you; and
4.you authorise us to assume that any person using the Site with your user name and password is either you or is authorised to act for you;

Term of Sales
Only registered Fly Online Groceries customers are able to place orders through Fly Online Groceries. Guest shoppers may only browse but cannot place orders. Placing an order means browsing our product lists, adding items to a shopping cart, completing the order details (including address, mobile numbers, delivery times, items to be delivered, payments), and where applicable, earning
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate.
Fly Online Groceries shall not be liable to any Customer/person for any loss, damage incurred or inconvenience suffered in the event Fly Online Groceries declines to fulfil an order for whatever reason including but not limited to an unforeseen circumstance (including but not limited to lack of availability, quantity or specification) as the case may be.
The prices advertised on Fly Online Groceries Website are meant for home delivery shopping only and these prices may from time to time vary from those found at Fly Online Groceries stores or other access points. In circumstances where some Products size and packaging differ from the description found on Fly Online Groceries, Fly Online Groceries expressly reserves the right to provide the nearest size/packaging for the Product at the nearest price.
In the event of any price differentials between the online order billing and the final bill whether arising from but not limited to situations around substitutions, daily price changes, out-of-stock Products, special price, mislabelling or mispricing, Fly Online Groceries reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the online bill is presented/conveyed to the Customer and such adjustment shall be final.
The cost of the services is not included in the price of the goods. The information about the cost of the services is available on the Fly Online Groceries Website once the Customer books a delivery slot.
You can use a debit ot credit card to pay for your shopping. We accept the following payment providers, issued by banks and payment gateway in Malaysia
Delivery will be fulfilled within 3 - 5 days depending on stock availability. In the event that the stock ordered is not available at the moment where require respective suppliers to replenish such stocks, the delivery period could be delayed and take up to 2 - 4 weeks. For bulk purchases orders that amounting to more than RM1000 or Extensive Volume order of a particular product item, delivery period could be further delayed and may take up to 2 months. We remain right to cancel the order at all time based on the stock availability.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund cases could take up to 14 working days to process. Dispute on Refund Amount after 24 hours of receiving will not be entertained.
