IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS RECEIVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT FLY ONLINE GROCERIES WITHIN 24 HOURS VIA EMAIL [email protected] OR WATSAP 012-5554450. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING.


Refund & Return 

Fly Online Groceries will issue a partial/full refund if the following occurs : 

  1. There is a damaged item. 
  2. Wrong item delivery.
  3. There is a missing item in your order.
  4. Expiry item or goods deliver to you.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund cases could take up to 14 working days to process. Dispute on Refund Amount after 24 hours of receiving will not be entertained.
